Jonathon Wilson is a dedicated graduate in both Biology and Biochemistry, possessing a broad range of experiences across the research and medical domains. He currently specializes in administration with a strong focus on the education of healthcare professionals. For nearly six years, Jonathon has been the ImmunoX Program Coordinator in the Department of Microbiology & Immunology. His diverse responsibilities include managing program faculty memberships, from applicant processing to maintaining the communication infrastructure. Furthermore, he takes charge as the education coordinator for various program offerings, encompassing minicourses, hackathons, and retreats. Jonathon plays a crucial role in community coordination, ensuring the seamless planning of all program events, crafting internal grant Request For Applications (RFAs), and distributing a weekly events letter. His proficiency extends to coordinating weekly seminars and journal clubs, orchestrating all logistical requirements such as scheduling, visitor travel planning, and itinerary management. He's also assists with the UCSF Immunology T32 information database and oversees grant submissions. Adding to his repertoire, Jonathon adeptly manages the program website's content, ensuring its upkeep, and acts as the primary contact for any technical expansions or design needs.
